- December 28, 2021 - Overlook bond claim denied due to the bond scope and breadth of subdivision construction concerns (which extend beyond the bond scope), the bond claim was denied.

- The Town consults with an independent engineer to help resolve the dispute between the contractor and the third-party engineer. Hoyle, Tanner, and Associates is asked to evaluate the road construction compared to the approved plans and design specifications.

- Letter itemizes concerns of subdivision construction. In response to the developer's concerns with the engineer's report, the Town seeks permission to take borings (at the Town's expense) to verify pavement thickness and road construction specifications. This information would allow the Town to make informed decisions and resolve the dispute regarding compaction and pavement thickness.
