2021 Town-Owned Land Sale

In 2020, the Town held a successful Town-Owned Land Sale.

The Town expects to hold a similar sale late in 2021. Any information regarding the planned sale, including which properties are under consideration and the date of the sale will be posted to this page. There is no subscriber list for updates.

September 13 ,2021 Update:

The Select Board voted to approve the sale of lots to interested abutters.

August 12,2021 Update:

Letters were sent to abutters of eligible properties regarding interest in purchasing lots, with responses due August 27th.

August 3, 2021 Update:

At the July 26, 2021 Select Board Meeting, the Select Board agreed to approve the recommendations of the Town Lands Committe, Conservation Commission, and Department Heads by offering 12 properties to abutters and transferring six properties to other agencies.
