2024 Recreation Department Garage RFP

Introduction

The Town of Barrington, New Hampshire, is seeking proposals to design and construct a garage for department supplies and large 15-passenger van. The garage is set to be located next to the Recreation Department located at 105 Ramsdell Lane in Barrington. Construction timeline is preferred for as soon as possible, contractor availability & approvals granted.

Submission

All proposals must be received by, 12:00 PM, prevailing time, on Thursday, March 7th, 2024. Bids must be clearly marked "Rec Garage RFP" on the envelope.

Bids will be opened at 1:00PM at the Town Hall Administration Office, 4 Signature Drive, Barrington NH.

Based upon the submitted proposals, the Recreation Department will check references and ask additional questions, as appropriate.
