Introduction

The town of Barrington, NH is requesting bids for a roof mounted solar system approximately 43 KW on multiple roofs facing south, east and west at the Barrington Town Hall, 4 Signature Drive, Barrington, NH. A suggested roof diagram is provided but installers should feel free to submit designs as they see fit.

Submission

All proposals must be received no later than 12:00pm, prevailing time, on Thursday, February 1, 2024. Interested parties must submit proposals in a sealed envelope marked with the company name, address, and "Proposals for Barrington Town Hall Solar."

Bids will be opened at 1pm on February 1st outside the Administrative Office.

The seven (7) proposals listed below were received by 12pm on Thursday, February 1, 2024. They are listed alphabetically. The proposals are currently under review by the Town's Energy Committee, and the Select Board is expected to make a decision following a recommendation by the Committee.

Energy Committee Recommendation and Select Board Selection

After reviewing the analysis and recommendation provided by the Energy Committee, at the February 12, 2024 Select Board meeting, the Select Board awarded the RFP to Mains Electric.
