Kindergarten After-School Program (KAP) at ECLC 2020-2021

Registration begins Tuesday, January 14, 2020. Packets will be collected until Feburary 3, 2020 at 4:00pm

The K.A.P. program provide participants with a quality,  well supervised activities that encourages self-confidence, creativity & a healthy lifestyle. To meet the physical, social, emotional and recreational needs of children, K.A.P. will offer safe & fun recreational activities that promote healthy behaviors & lifestyles. This program will also provide a safe and secure environment, a relaxed atmosphere where participants can socialize, provide time for homework, and a tasty afternoon snack.

OUR TEAM: Our team is comprised of qualified, outgoing, fun individuals who share their passion for recreational and educational programs with the community they serve. They are a group of very caring individuals who work together to create the best programs for you, and your community.

WHO IS THE K.A.P. PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR: The K.A.P. Program is designed for students who are in grades K – 1st.

DATES OF PROGRAMS: The K.A.P. program operates on the 2020-2021 SAU #74 School Calendar.

The program will run from the first day of school until the last day of school.

K.A.P. PROGRAM

Minimum Participants: 50
Maximum Participants: 70
When: Monday – Friday
Time: Morning Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. 
Afternoon Hours: 2:45 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Morning Care Location: Morning care is combined with MAP at Barrington Elementary School
Afternoon Care Location: Early Childhood Learning Center 

Deposit and Weekly Cost:

Mornings only: $35 per week
Afternoons only: $45 per week
Mornings & Afternoons: $60 per week

HOW TO REGISTER: Registration opens January 14th and families can submit completed registration packets between this date and February 3rd at 4:00pm. A Lottery Registration process will run on Monday, February 17th with a snow date of February 19th. Once the lottery takes place, Recreation Staff will notify all families whether their household was selected or not via email by Monday, February 24th.  The Recreation Commission respectfully asks that families restrain from calling the office until Recreation staff have reached out to you.  Calling the office will only create confusion and delays in the process.
