AGENDA:

1.  Determine if committee wishes (with Selectboard and TA approval) to make contact with owners of Lot 1 on Map 248 and of Lot 2 of same map and determine their interest in selling these lots to the Town.   Lot 1 with 21.7 acres and a parcel value of $ 47,300 and Lot 2 with 7.4 acres and a parcel value of           $ 16,700 combined with Lot 3 of Map 248 (22 acres, Town owned) could be merged with the Town of Barrington Forest (Map 241, Lot 35) and double its present 50 acres to 101.3 acres.  A warrant article would be prepared for the 2023 annual meeting to determine if the public is in favor of purchasing the two lots.

2.   Look at our Town Forester Tim Nolin’s Forest Steward Plan for the town owned plan behind the highway department buildings (Map 224, Lot 10).  Let’s do some looking around out there and see if there are some stewardship items we could follow up on.

3.   Plan Location / Date / Time for next 3 meetings.
