2021 Plow Package

Sealed Bids for the purchase of Plow, Wing, Sander Equipment and Installation on a new Town supplied Cab and Chassis 19,500 lb. class, for the Town of Barrington NH, will be received at the Town Hall, 333 Calef Highway, 2nd Floor, Barrington NH, 03825 until 12:00 p.m. prevailing time, November 29 2021, and will be opened no later than 1:00pm.

The Bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Town of Barrington, Highway Department and clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner “TOB BID-BHD-02, 2021 or Plow, Wing, Sander Equipment and Installation.

The Town of Barrington reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or any part thereof, and to waive any minor informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town also reserves the right to conduct reasonable negotiations with low bidders and sole bidders. Failure to submit all information may declare a bid as non-responsive and subject to disqualification.

Sealed Bids for the new 2021 or Newer Four-Wheel Drive 1 Ton Cab and Chassis are also being accepted at this time.

The responses will be reviewed by the Road Agent, who will make a recommendation to the Select Board.
