Recreation Fire Wall

The Town of Barrington, New Hampshire, is seeking proposals to design and construct a fire wall within the Recreation Department facility located at 105 Ramsdell Lane. Details of the required separation can be found in the attached Fire Protection Engineer’s Report (Appendix B). The fire separation will be located on the left, inside wall of the gym that separated the Food Pantry and the Rec gym. The construction window for this program would be starting around April 26th , 2021 with the gym available for use by June 11th, 2021.

All proposals must be received by, 12:00 PM, prevailing time, on Thursday, April 8th, 2021. Based upon the submitted proposals, the Recreation Department will check references and ask additional questions, as appropriate.
