TOWN OF BARRINGTON, NH

INVITATION TO BID

2024 or Newer Model Six Wheel Dump Truck BID-BHD-04

Sealed Bids for the purchase of one (1) 2024 or Newer Model Six Wheel Dump Truck, for the Town of Barrington NH, will be received at the Town Hall, 4 Signature Drive, (mailing P.O. Box 660) Barrington NH, 03825 until 12:00 p.m. prevailing time, Monday, May 6, 2024 at which time will be publicly opened.

The Bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Town of Barrington, Highway Department and clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner “TOB BID-BHD-04, 2024 or Newer Model Six Wheel Dump Truck.

The Bid document will be available at the Town Hall at the above address as well as online by clicking on the 2024 or Newer Model Six Wheel Dump Truck Bid Package beginning on Thursday, March 21, 2024.

The Town of Barrington reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or any part thereof, and to waive any minor informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town also reserves the right to conduct reasonable negotiations with low bidders and sole bidders. Failure to submit all information may declare a bid as non-responsive and subject to disqualification.
