TOWN OF BARRINGTON, NH

INVITATION TO BID

Snow Plow, Dump Body, and Sander Package for Six Wheel Dump Truck BID-BHD-05

Sealed Bids for the purchase of a plow, sander, and dump body package to outfit a class 8,40,000 pound or greater cab and chassis provided by the Town. All sealed bids will be received at the Town Hall, 4 Signature Drive, (mailing P.O. Box 660), Barrington NH, 03825 until 12:00 p.m. prevailing time, Monday, May 6, 2024, at which time will be publicly opened.

The Bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Town of Barrington, Highway Department and clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner “TOB BID-BHD-05, or Snow Plow Equipment for Six Wheel Dump Truck.

The Bid document will be available at the Town Hall at the above address as well as online by clicking on the 2024 Plow Package Bid beginning on Thursday, March 21.

The Town of Barrington reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or any part thereof, and to waive any minor informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town also reserves the right to conduct reasonable negotiations with low bidders and sole bidders. Failure to submit all information may declare a bid as non-responsive and subject to disqualification.
