The Select Board voted to hold the auction on November 5, 2022, with November 12 as the backup weather date. NH Tax Deed & Property Auctions will serve as the auctioneer. Additional information and a link to the Auctioneer's sale page will be posted here as it becomes available.

The tentative date of the land sale has been updated to November 5, 2022, with November 12 as the backup weather date.
July 11, 2022
The Select Board voted to authorize multiple properties for sale at auction. Information regarding the proposed (and approved) properties for sale are available on the Land Sale Summary. Additionally, the Select Board agreed to the 2022 Auction Services Contract. Conditions for the property sales have not been finalized.

The Select Board voted to schedule an early fall auction with NH Tax Deed & Property Auctions. A tentative date of September 17, 2022 was set.
