When is a driveway permit required? (1/5/2023)

A Driveway Permit is only required when a driveway is first put in.  We always encourage homeowners or contractors to reach out to the Highway Department when driveways are replaced.  This gives the Road Agent an opportunity to offer input and avoid drainage problems at no cost to the homeowner.
