Ambulance Records Requests:
If you are an attorney requesting an ambulance run sheet and/or a bill, please send the request on attorney letterhead with the client's name, date of birth, date and address of the incident. Include an affidavit signed by the patient authorizing the release of health information and a $10 check made out to Barrington Fire-Rescue. Requests should be sent to:

Fire Report Request:
